Many customers ask us how payment works if a third party is covering the cost of repairs in a private settlement.
If a third party who is at fault wants to pay for your repairs without going through insurance, we can help. They will need to come by the Fine Touch shop and pay in person by either cash, credit, debit, or e-transfer. If the third party is a company, they are also able to pay by cheque if it is preferred.
